A native from Greenville, North Carolina, Eliza Stoughton had a lifelong dream of working with homes and in real estate. She is an alumna of Saint Mary’s School in Raleigh and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a third-generation Tar Heel in 2016. After graduation, Eliza pursued an interior design career in Atlanta, Georgia, where her passion for homes and design flourished. After two years away, she moved back to North Carolina to work as a marketing technology assistant for a real estate firm in Charlotte. Those opportunities gave Eliza an eye for design and a valuable experience marketing homes, which inspired her to combine her skills and pursue a career as a real estate broker.
Eliza’s extensive attention to detail, determination, work ethic, and compassion and loyalty toward others allow her clients to feel at ease throughout the buying and selling processes. To Eliza, there is no better feeling than helping others find a place to call home. She enjoys walking friends and clients through each step; from navigating the highly personal process of buying to successfully and confidently selling each unique home.
When she’s not working, Eliza loves exploring Raleigh with her mini Bernedoodle, Hattie. Although Raleigh is now home, it’s not uncommon to find Eliza in Wrightsville Beach, where her family spends most of their free weekends.
